Are You Ready For A New Approach To Healthcare?

You know the drill. You feel pain or notice negative changes happening within your body. You call your doctor to set up an appointment and are usually able to be seen several weeks out. Once you’re at your appointment, you explain your current health issues and the doctor spends a few minutes going over your treatment options. These options often include some sort of prescription drug or painkiller. You take these prescribed drugs in hopes of pain relief. Sometimes relief occurs, and sometimes it doesn’t. During your next follow-up, the doctor may prescribe more medication, change your dosage, or change your medication, and if that doesn’t help, they may suggest a surgical consultation.

This is the typical route of healthcare that most of us have become accustomed to in the United States. However, many of the prescribed drugs are not designed to treat the problem areas themselves. These drugs usually target the brain, because the perception of your pain is interpreted by the brain. This may help you feel pain free for a short time, but meanwhile, the actual issue you’re facing is still progressing. There is, of course, a time and place for these medications, as well as for surgery. However, if these stages/routes could be avoided, and relief at the source of the problem could be obtained, would you try it?

Breaking free from the traditional healthcare model can seem like an absurd option when we’ve become so accustomed to this path of healthcare. At Pain Relief Partners, we pride ourselves in providing a new approach to healthcare. In most cases, pain can be treated in a variety of ways; there is no one answer to pain relief! We prefer to treat the areas of the body that are actually playing a part in causing your pain.

When you come to our clinic, you’ll meet with Dr. Tom Kessinger who will provide a thorough, complementary (yes, complimentary!) one on one exam with you. We want to make sure we provide you with the best care possible, so we provide a personalized treatment plan for you, at which time Amber will discuss your insurance coverage, out of pocket costs, and all the other necessary financial information you need prior to starting into care. We want all of our patients to feel confident in their healthcare decisions, so we give you all of the information you need during your first complimentary appointment.

Once you start into care, you will meet with Stephanie Jones (our owner and nurse practitioner) who will do another exam with you and begin the treatment process. If a patient is being treated with stem cells, Stephanie will explain and perform the procedure, place a bandage on the injection site, and you’re all set! No recovery or extensive downtime needed! If another type of injection is provided, our treatment process is quite similar. Some of our patients also receive ancillary care, provided by Dr. Kessinger and Hannah. These types of therapies include laser treatments, non-surgical spinal decompression, neuropathy protocols, and other modalities. These therapies are quite relaxing and rejuvenating, also with no substantial recovery time. We take great pride in following up with all our patients to ensure our services are providing you with the best relief possible.

There is no “one way” with healthcare and there are so many opportunities available for healing. Even if you’ve been told “there’s nothing you can do”, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We would love to meet with you, guide you through our approach to healthcare, and truly become partners in your pain relief. Call 360.433.9580 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday to ask us questions or schedule an appointment.
