I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 2007 and have practiced in a variety of roles, but no role has given me as much joy and satisfaction as helping people live with less pain. Chronic pain can be debilitating and impact a person physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Not only does pain do this to the person, but also to their family and friends who watch them suffer. As a team, we at Pain Relief Partners have been able to help thousands of patients live life with lower levels of pain. As a nurse practitioner, I have administered over 30,000 injections to treat nerve pain, muscle pain, joint pain, headaches, and more. I have been on the receiving end of the treatments and found significant healing through the stem cell therapy, trigger point injections, chiropractic care, and decompression I have received at our clinic.
We understand that there are times when we will not be able to help a patient become completely pain free, and we do not offer false hope to patients about our ability to help them with their pain. However, the majority of people who have come to receive treatment at our clinic have found significant relief and have been able to live a higher quality of life and participate in activities that they have not been able to enjoy for years. Many people who come to see us have been told there is “nothing that can be done” to relieve their neuropathy symptoms, reduce their back or neck pain, or help them walk with decreased pain in their joints or feet. Often we are the “last stop” for a patient before they lose hope about finding relief or choose a more drastic and irreversible means of treatment such as surgery. I hope you will come to see us and give us the opportunity to do our best to help you lower your pain!
One of our goals is to reduce narcotic dependency in our community, and we work to partner with other local providers to reach as many people as we can and help them find narcotic-free pain relief. Look under our "Trusted Partners" to see who we refer to and recommend in our area.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and neighbors, playing board games, enjoying the outdoors in our beautiful Pacific Northwest, working out, and participating in our house church, Crux Community.

For 10 years, I have consistently focused on patient care and patient outcomes. I work hard to educate patients about their condition and teach strategies for improving health. I love to see patients get the right treatment and find the relief they are seeking, and I diligently strive to improve patient outcomes through innovation and education. I specialize in spine related conditions and diseases of the nervous system. I have seen so many patients avoid surgeries, stop using pain medications, and get their lives back, and it has been very rewarding. We treat conditions such as neuropathy, sciatica, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, herniated and bulging discs, and osteoarthritis. We help patients reduce pain without drugs or surgery and are assisting in helping stop the opioid drug epidemic.
I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, reading, learning, and skiing.

When human beings experience pain, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel. My biggest passion is bringing comfort and enjoyment back into our patients’ lives. I have been in the medical field since 2011. Ever since I was a little kid I have had a passion to help people, and that is exactly what I am doing! I love what I do – nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing a patient be able to achieve goals they have not been able to in years. I am truly blessed to be able to work with such a great team to bring pain relief to our patients in such a positive way.
In my spare time, you can find me outdoors exploring at the beach, hiking, or even just barbecuing in our backyard! I am a huge Blazers fan, and also the world’s best auntie ;).
Chiropractic Assistant and Trained Laser Technician
My name is Hannah and I’ve helped people lower their pain since 2014. I cannot express how much I enjoy working here! Our approach to integrated medicine has allowed me to improve the lives of many people over the last few years. When people are in pain, their quality of life suffers – not to mention their emotional, mental, social, and physical state. I work with patients to reduce pain by performing laser treatments, non-surgical spinal decompression, neuropathy therapies, and other treatment modalities. Our patients become like family to us, and I’m passionate about going above and beyond to make sure our patients feel supported, understood, and taken care of. I get to wake up every morning knowing I’m going to help someone feel better, and that is such an amazing feeling!
I studied and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree at Washington State University focusing on Biological/Cultural Anthropology, specifically kinship/family systems. In my spare time, I’m an avid photographer and I love to travel (especially to Disney World). I also spend a great deal of time aiding my other half, Alex, with his music career in the studio and on the road.
I have been a medical assistant since 2012. I started out working in Endocrinology for about 4 years and enjoyed that very much! I love building relationships with patients and helping them to heal and feel better. I was then able to stay home with my kids for almost 2 years, which allowed me to volunteer in my daughters’ school and girl scout troop. I was given the opportunity to join the team here at Pain Relief Partners and I couldn’t be happier. I love seeing people heal and enjoy life more! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family out in nature, hiking and camping. I love Disney and painting and traveling!
My name is Jessie, and I am excited to be a part of the Pain Relief Partners team as the Patient Service
Assistant! Because of my own experience with chronic pain, I understand the importance of finding
solutions and staying positive as we try to find comfort and heal from our pain. I have also found that it
is important to have a good support network, and I’m proud to be part of such a positive and caring
support team at Pain Relief Partners.
I am married to my best friend Adam, and we have two silly dogs and one amazingly sweet cat. I enjoy
many hobbies including cooking healthy foods, caring for our vegetable garden, painting, knitting, going
to concerts and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
